Yes, our shipping method requires signature from your side upon delivery. This allows us to fight any fraudulent chargeback when customer gets his order and claims he never received anything. We have 99% successful rate of winning such credit card disputes because we provide correspondence with our customer, their order details, picture of our parcel and confirmation from postal service that item is delivered. On the contrary, every fraudulent dispute harms credit report of fraud and influences his credit history plus makes him pay from $25 to $200 for unlawful dispute.
